The third installment in the Planet Golf series – Planet Golf Modern Masterpieces – has been released in Australia and New Zealand in time for Father’s Day. There are courses from more than 20 countries featured, starting in the United States with the Sand Hills Golf Club in Nebraska, which kick-started a modern golf renaissance and led to this second “Golden Age” of golf course architecture.

Feature courses include – Cape Wickham, Ocean Dunes and the Barnbougle courses from Australia, Tara Iti, Cape Kidnappers and Jack’s Point from New Zealand, Cabot Cliffs in Canada, Ardfin and Trump International from Scotland, as well as, Lofoten Links (Norway), Shanqin Bay (China), South Cape Owners Club (Korea), Bluffs Ho Tram Strip (Vietnam), Yas Links (UAE) and many others.

Within the USA chapter are reviews of the five courses at the Bandon Dunes Resort, the Red and Blue Courses at Streamsong, Friar’s Head, Sand Valley, Wolf Point, Gamble Sands, Dismal River and a first-up look at the Tiger Woods design of Bluejack National.

Planet Golf Modern Masterpieces is being distributed in Australia and New Zealand by Thames & Hudson and will be available at all good book stores prior to Father’s Day.
