A legendary Irish golfer turned course designer, Christy O’Connor Jr was an outstanding player and as a designer was responsible for creating courses like Glasson in central Ireland and the Galway Bay Golf Resort on the Irish West Coast. 

O’Connor Jr sadly passed away in 2016, after a fairly prolific design career on the European mainland.
