One of country Victoria's real favorites, the Horsham Golf Club is a nice gently rolling layout of pure couch fairways located midway between Melbourne and Adelaide. The club suffered badly during the Black Saturday bush-fires of 2009, losing its clubhouse and a million dollars in pro shop stock.
Long regarded as one of the best Pro-Am venues in Australia, the club has enjoyed a lofty status as one of regional Australia's best ranked courses. It doesn't quite belong with the elite in Australia's Top 100, but is one of those 40 or 50 courses that fight for the bottom 30 spots in the ranked every two years. A course that has many fans.
