The 18-hole championship course at Gerre Losone Golf Club was designed by Peter Harradine and opened for play in 2001. The course covers a total of 6,270m from the back tees just a handul of miles from Lake Maggiore.

The course is remembered as a former host venue for a Professional tournament on the European Ladies Tour.
