From the club website:

Located at the edge of Texas Hill Country, Briggs Ranch Golf Club has the benefit of being close and accessible to downtown San Antonio, but a world away from the noise and traffic of the city. The Club is an unexpected treasure and offers a private safe haven for family, friends and business associates to enjoy time together. It a special place where members and guests are provided a personalized level of service by a friendly, caring and dedicated staff.

Tom Fazio designed the 18-hole championship golf course with its five sets of tees, wide fairways, dramatic bunkering and bent grass greens. The course is not only the best golf course in San Antonio, but it is one of the best in the country. The golf course has many of the elevation features found in Hill Country, but there is also a lot of rolling terrain among majestic oak trees, purple mountain laurel, native grasses and wild flowers. Best of all, tee times are not necessary.

Briggs Ranch Golf Club has an incredible practice area for golfers of all abilities to work on their game or work with one of the Club’s golf professionals. There are multiple areas to practice both the short game and the long game. The practice range has large teeing areas on both sides and trees and bunkers are intermixed throughout.
