“As a family, we preferred Poipu Bay to the other resorts on Kauai – not as beautiful, but more fun – and you could describe the golf exactly the same. The finishing holes along the cliffs are very good, but the course finishes to the west, so if you want to enjoy the view you should play first thing instead of at the end of the day. Most of the course is wide and flattering, but in the trade winds, nothing else would really make sense.“

The Poipu Bay Resort received a score of 5 out of 10 from Tom Doak and a score of 4 out of 10 from one of his co-authors.
