Media Release:
Callaway Golf has extended its partnerships with Golf Australia, the PGA of Australia and WPGA Tour of Australasia through to 2029, reinforcing its commitment to growing the game at every level, from grassroots participation to elite competition.
The new three-year partnership will see Callaway continue to support all major men’s and women’s events, alongside membership and education initiatives, while expanding its involvement into GA Club as Australian Golf looks to grow participation and strengthen the game at every level.
The agreement builds on Callaway’s long-standing relationship with Golf Australia, the PGA of Australia and the WPGA Tour of Australasia, bringing together support for professional golf, community participation and the people who help deliver the game across Australia.
Golf Australia and PGA of Australia Chief Commercial Officer Ben Sellenger said the renewed partnership reflected a shared commitment to making golf more accessible and creating opportunities for more Australians to enjoy the game.
“Callaway has been a valued partner of Australian golf for many years, and we’re delighted to be continuing that relationship through to 2029,” Sellenger said.
“The strength of this partnership is the breadth of its support, from our major events across the men’s and women’s games to membership, education and our work with clubs through GA Club.
“Growing golf is a collective effort, and having partners like Callaway who share our ambition to get more Australians playing and enjoying the game is incredibly important.”
Matt Meredith, Managing Director of Callaway Golf South Pacific, said the company was proud to extend its partnership with Australian Golf.
“We are incredibly proud to renew our partnership with Australian golf for another three years. Growing the game and helping people enjoy golf is at the heart of everything we do at Callaway,” he said.
“This partnership enables us to support participation across all levels of the game, from juniors and women to competitive golfers and all-abilities participants. We share a belief that golf should be accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
“We look forward to continuing our work with Golf Australia, PGA of Australia and the WPGA Tour of Australasia and helping the game thrive for years to come.”
