Like many modern golf professionals, Stuart Appleby has made himself available to act as a golf course co-designer or consultant via his management company. To this point he has been involved in the The Sands at Torquay, an unsuccessful Sandbelt-Style layout that was designed by an IMG course designer with input from Appleby.
It seems unlikely that Stuart Appleby will build a large course portfolio, but he may be a good option to consider as a co-designer, particularly on Australian projects.
