Yoshikazo Kato is the Japanese designer of the two courses at the Blue Canyon Resort on Phuket island in Thailand. We are not sure whether Kato is still practicing as a golf course architect, but Blue Canyon is more famous for hosting tournaments with golfers like Tiger Woods and Ernie Els, than for being home to great golf.
